NAS Recruitment Communications today announced that Cindy Kimber has been promoted to the position of Vice President, West Central Region, effective July 15, 2005. She assumes her new duties in Denver following her role as Executive Regional Manager for NAS' Kansas City office, a position she has held for the past two decades.
In her new role, Ms. Kimber will provide direct support and oversight for NAS' operations in locations including Denver, St. Louis, Kansas City, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. With this appointment, Ms. Kimber becomes one of NAS' senior executives and a member of its management board.
The recipient of several HR Executive Magazine Creative Excellence awards, SHRM Creative Excellence awards, SIAA awards, NAS creative awards, and the agencyÂs top management award, Ms. Kimber is recognized within both NAS and the human resource management community for her in-depth market knowledge, conceptual capabilities, and ability to deliver best-of-class account service.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, Ms. Kimber is also sought-after as a noted speaker on several areas of expertise, including employment branding, on-boarding, and the effective utilization of alternative media in comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
