NAL Worldwide Completes Acquisition of SIRVA(r) Logistics Business Assets
NAL Worldwide LLC, an affiliate of Lake Capital Partners LP, announced today that it had completed its acquisition of the SIRVA Logistics business assets from North American Van Lines, Inc., a subsidiary of SIRVA, Inc. (NYSE: SIR).
Westmont, Ill. (PRWEB) August 13, 2005 -- While NAL Worldwides name is different, it is not new, and neither is the business it is acquiring. SIRVA Logistics, formerly known as the solutions segment of northAmerican Logistics, has been providing value-added supply chain services to Fortune 100 and other leading companies since 1988.
