Lumber Liquidators Inc., of Toana, Va., the largest direct retailer specializing in hardwood flooring in the United States, leased 6,000 square feet of flex space in Hauppauge, for its first Long Island store in a deal arranged by the Lake Success, NY-based commercial real estate services firm Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide.

The Toano, Va.-based discount flooring retailer, which has more than 60 stores nationwide, signed a long-term lease at 20-36 Central Ave. with J & S Realty Holding Co. LLC.
