Commercial Texas LLC, a leading Central Texas commercial real estate services firm, announces representing Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., in conjunction with Cushman and Wakefield of California, in the lease of 145,000 square feet of warehouse, administrative and product showroom space at 2551 Tellabs Drive, Round Rock, Texas. CB Richard Ellis represented Byram Properties, the landlord.
Ferguson, the country's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing supplies, pipes, valves and fittings; and heating and air conditioning products, has leased the space to further serve the growing Central Texas market. The company currently has four smaller warehouse/flex facilities in the region; two in Austin and a facility each in Georgetown and Round Rock. All four will remain in place.
