Robert G. Ix, CFA, CIC has joined Crestwood Advisors LLC, a Boston-based registered investment advisor, as Principal. Prior to joining Crestwood Advisors, Mr. Ix was a Vice President-Portfolio Manager with Loomis Sayles & Company, LLP where he oversaw the investment counseling groups Boston office and co-managed the Loomis Sayles Tax Managed Equity Fund. Rob also chaired Loomis Sayles pension committee, and, within the investment counseling group, he was a member of the management team, asset allocation team and investment team. Prior to Loomis, Rob was a Portfolio Manager with The Bank of New York.
