Paycard provider Directo, Inc., expands, hires Amber Nelson to head new Chicago office.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) August 23, 2005 -- Directo, Inc., the pioneering Atlanta-based paycard provider, has expanded yet again. A year after opening its first satellite in Boston, the companys management turned its eyes towards Chicago.

The new office is headed by Amber Nelson, a Chicago native who will be responsible for sales in the Midwest and West coasts.

Im excited to have Ambers enthusiasm and passion for our mission," said Bob Howe, President and CEO of Directo. Her knowledge of the Midwest market makes her an important addition to our team. We look forward to continued success as Directo expands." According to Mr. Howe, the Southwest is Directos next expansion target.

Directos paycard services provide the benefits of direct deposit to the millions of Americans who do not have bank accounts. Typically, Directo's FDIC-insured bank accounts are opened at the workplace. The accounts belong to the individual, not the company, and provide added security as well as portability. The account can be used for direct deposits from other employers, as well as IRS refunds and government benefits.

Im excited to join such a dynamic company, and its great to work for a company thats actually helping people," said Ms. Nelson. Employers see the benefits, too. Directo paycard accounts mean higher direct deposit participation, and the end of costly and time-consuming check distribution and reconcilement."
