(PRWEB) August 21, 2005 -- Jazz In The Spirit," a concert that successfully unites celebrated Jazz artists with Gospel vocalists and spirited choirs, is coming to Los Angeles on Friday, September 2, 2005 at 7 PM. Price (FKCP) III School.
Promoted exclusively by Factor That Promotions, the Jazz In The Spirit" concert series is the brainchild of famed jazz saxophonist Ron Brown, who has remained at the center of the Gospel Jazz movement. "This is a wonderful opportunity for my ministry, Jazz In The Spirit because in teaming up with a strong church like Crenshaw Christian Center we can make a powerful spiritual impact in the community," says Brown. The Jazz In The Spirit ministry has proven, in Japan and America, to be very effective in drawing non-believers because of the jazz element and has lead people to belief in Christ, which really is our ultimate goal."
The charity beneficiary, the FKCP III School, was founded in 1986 to focus on the successful education of the total child and to provide a biblically based college preparatory curriculum to the members of Crenshaw Christian Center and the surrounding communities. It has always been, and will continue to be the goal of our school to provide our students with a top education, second to none partnered with sound, biblical teaching so that they are prepared to meet the demands of the world fully equipped. Our students have gone on to attend and graduate from colleges all over the country including such prestigious schools as Stanford University and the University of Southern California, " said Cheryl Price, Executive Vice President of Crenshaw Christian Center.
