Knowledge Infusion today announced its continued talent momentum with the addition of James Harvey to the strategic consulting organization’s management roster. Harvey joins Knowledge Infusion as Principal Consultant and will work closely with customers to develop performance management processes, evaluate software solutions and help them design and implement talent management business strategies.

San Ramon, Calif. – August 23, 2005 -- Knowledge Infusion today announced its continued talent momentum with the addition of James Harvey to the strategic consulting organization’s management roster. Dedicated to helping companies realize the value of human capital management (HCM) technologies, Harvey joins Knowledge Infusion as Principal Consultant and will work closely with customers to help them develop performance management processes, evaluate software solutions and design and implement talent management business strategies.

Harvey will leverage his leadership position in the workforce performance management space to help Knowledge Infusion customers look beyond simply automating manual reviews and instead focus on processes that transform the way business goals and objectives are acted upon within their organization. Additionally, he will engage with customers to ensure their technology solutions are providing employees and managers with a vehicle for continuous communication around employee performance and development, ensuring both organizational and employee success.

Harvey polished his deep operational design experience in developing performance management processes while consulting for multiple Fortune 500 companies, helping them in the areas of performance, compensation, and competency management as well as succession and career planning. Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, he was a senior member of PeopleSoft’s HCM Product Strategy team where he leveraged his background in financial management and HCM to drive product direction for the industry-leading solution. During his tenure at PeopleSoft, Harvey played a key role in defining global solution strategies aimed at helping organizations optimize workforce performance. He was also instrumental in managing and launching the second fastest growing product in PeopleSoft history, as well as driving a strategic acquisition for the company.
