Indaba Online Selling Solution Now Available

A powerful and comprehensive tool for online sellers is finally available to the public with the official launch of Indaba i1 and i2 by Indaba Systems. The application allows sellers to manage and list inventory on more marketplaces than any other software package.

Indaba Systems LLC today announced the official release of the online selling software that took Better World Books to Amazon's top 50 sellers and eBay's top 400.

Two versions have been released, for smaller and larger inventories. Both allow sellers to automatically manage stock across more than twelve marketplaces, automate pricing, focus fulfillment resources and optimize customer service with integrated template-based e-mail tools.

"We are very proud and excited about Indaba. We feel it's the best thing out there for sellers that really want to maximize their selling potential," said Xavier Helgesen, co-founder and CEO. "Too many sellers don't have a way to list on multiple channels efficiently."

Support for eBay auctions is scheduled for the next release, and nine other marketplaces and shopping directories are also supported indirectly.

"Indaba integrates all functions," Helgesen said. "You scan a bar code and Indaba downloads everything else, including prices across markets. You can price for multiple markets, and, with one click, listings are uploaded everywhere. Your orders come in and you can confirm with easy template e-mails. Indaba even tells you what to get from the shelves and when."

Although Indaba began life as an application for Better World Books, the use of the software is not limited to booksellers. "We've expanded Indaba to make it a fantastic tool for anyone selling online, whether they retail DVDs, computer games, software or CDs. Indaba can manage anything with a UPC code," Helgesen said. "We strongly feel that Indaba i1 and i2 are fantastic tools for the online seller. No other software combines these features and no other software does as much."
