Blu Leaf Clothing, Inc. is Looking for the Everyday Around the Way Girl for the Official Face of Blu Leaf
Unlike most clothing companies that search for the prettiest and the most experienced, Blu Leaf wants to use everyday folks that actually work to buy there clothes.
Blu Leaf will embark upon a nationwide hunt for the faces that will represent this urban upstart to the world. They are truly coming to a hood near you. In their own words, "we are looking for the girls that sat behind us in 3rd period English classes"
Interested parties need only visit the blu leaf website at www.bluleaf.com and send over a brief bio and some pictures of what they can bring to the company.
The last thing they seem to want is supermodels dribbling ketchup on their clothes while reading the latest issue of Vanity Fair. The realness of everyday beauty seems to be their goal.
How can you call yourself urban or street or whatever they call it when everything you do is corporate and traditional? We are not as concerned with keeping it real so much, we are concerned about being real and staying loyal to the people who support us by buying our clothes.
To that end Blu Leaf has enlisted a host of established and up and coming talent to help promote their clothing line. They are actively pursuing a California Gangsta rapper by the name of C-BO, known for being the only rap artist sent back to jail for lyrics on his CD (Til My Casket Drops), and new comer Glasses Malone a Watts native currently flexing his rapping skills on The Games independent label, The Black Wall Street.
Our goal in everything that we do is to stay rooted to the places and people that will make our company a success.
