(PRWEB) August 31, 2005 -- Tim Nichols, Executive Vice President of Rainier Capital Management, L.P., announces the acquisition of Country Club Shopping Center in Topeka, KS on behalf of 16 Tenant-In-Common Investors. Richard Cole represented the Buyer and David Mott of Northmarq Capital arranged financing for the transaction through Bank of America. The building will be managed and leased by Emersons Commercial Management US, LLC. Emersons manages 64 other retail centers for Rainier across 11 states.
The 93,800 square foot center is anchored by Dillon's Supermarket and has Hollywood Video, Dollar Tree, Schloztsky's, H&R Block and GNC as key tenants. Rainier will immediately begin a capital improvements program to enhance the appearance and condition of the structures and parking lot.
