Stewart Title of California's new "Service and Tools" branding campaign hybridizes strategy, design and technology to enhance communication between title reps and real estate professionals. The new branding campaign, developed by Fuelhaus, focuses on the "Tools You Need" and "The Service You Trust." The campaign highlights Stewart's position as a leader in technology, service and support.
"Stewart Title is no newcomer to the title business." Fuelhaus President, Kellie Schroeder says, "Stewart Title has been a silent partner in real estate transactions for over 110 years and in over 17 countries. Despite a well known brand in most U.S. markets and abroad, Stewart had low name recognition in California. Our goal with the campaign is to create a strong, well-branded graphic series that reinforces Stewart's leadership in the title industry."
The release of the "Service and Tools" postcard campaign is part of an on-going strategy to make Stewart Title of California's brand more memorable. Using a selective color palette that highlights Stewart corporate colors of gold, black and platinum, the first four postcards in the series highlight the people behind the brand (service) with the headlines "Stewart Leads", "Stewart Cares", "Stewart Knows" and "Stewart Serves". The second wave of postcards highlights the technology (tools) that Stewart has developed to support the real estate industry. Each postcard in wave two focuses on Stewart's innovative technologies, including SureCloseÂ® Paperless Transactions and Globe Xplorer's satellite imaging capabilities.
The current series targets real estate professionals and helps Stewart Title Representatives educate their customers. Vice President of Marketing for Stewart Title of California, Leah Gowin, developed the campaign to utilize on-demand printing technology that enables each title rep to personalize each postcard with a headshot and phone number before printing. Developing this custom capability revolutionizes the way that Gowin's title reps market Stewart Title of California.
