The mortgage industry is a great field for people to prosper in, says Andrew Liebowitz of Discount Funding Associates. The company introduces MortgagesRock.com, a website designed purely for one's success without having to enroll in classes or pay for online training. It's free. It's fast. It's right to the point.

Andrew Liebowitz of Discount Funding Associates not only recognizes talent but knows where and how to find it. "There is unlimited potential in anyone willing to give mortgage origination a try," says Liebowitz. "My focus is getting people to constantly network within their past, present and future circles."

The mortgage industry is a great field for people to prosper in, he says. The company introduces MortgagesRock.com, a website that is designed purely for one's success without having to enroll in classes or pay for online training. It's free. It's fast. It's right to the point.

He goes on to explain that each and everyone has their own personal network but not all are willing to explore the endless opportunities that can bring them great financial rewards. MortgagesRock.com, a new website, is probably the one single website that offers the most fiber to anyone breaking into the field of mortgage origination.

It has a glossary with amusing animations, a Q&A page, printable PDFs that contain useful forms and people can even apply to become an originator with Discount Funding Associates right from the website. There is no fee to join their program. What we found to be a "warm" feature is that the website also caters to its originators that are already on board with DFA. Originators can go online and submit applications right from the Home Page.

This is a very convenient tool. Charlie Martin, an originator with Discount Funding Associates, mentions that he now has the ability to go online from a customer's home or place of business and submit their information safely and securely. He can also use the mortgage calculator page to figure out a budget that his borrowers can afford.

"Even though the website is meant for the originator, it has been very helpful in demonstrating everything that is involved in the mortgage process. My customers are very impressed with the URL," says Charlie. And why wouldn't they be? MortgagesRock.com teaches people how to read mortgage rate sheets and explains all closing costs that appear on a Settlement Statement.

We recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Andrew Liebowitz in his Hewlett, Long Island office. His enthusiasm was electrifying and quite infectious. "I love to breed success," says Liebowitz.

"At first, this business can be very intimidating, and I wanted to use my creative side in overcoming this objective with people that were somewhat timid but still eager to learn. I was very fortunate to have met Heidi Shaw of Hi-Design Concepts, the website designer for MortgagesRock.com. Working with Heidi can be compared to Jagger and Richards or McCartney and Lennon writing music together. She is very easy to work with. The ideas that I had for the website were all in my mind but it was Heidi that was able to upload them to perfection," stated Liebowitz.

"I really believe that she has now learned the mortgage business just from building the website," he chuckled. Liebowitz & Shaw may not make actual music together but they do keep the mortgages rocking.
