Drucker & Falk, LLC--the 34st largest apartment management firm in the nation, headquartered in Newport News, VA--was recently honored by the Penninsula Housing and Builder's Associations Apartment Council with eight distinguished awards.

Fifteen distinguished property awards were given out during the evening's festivities. On The Square Apartments - Built Between 2000-2005 (Under 200 Units) Grand Award

Waverton Place Impressions - Built Between 1985-1989 (200 + units) Merit Award

Colonial Towne Apartments - Built Between 1970 - 1974 (under 200 units) Merit Award

Sue Smith, manager of Colonial Towne Apartments, attained PHBA's Rental Manager of the Year 2005.
