Christian Fiction Writers Hold Conference in Nashville

American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW) will hold their fourth annual national conference Sept. 15-18, 2005 at the Sheraton Music City hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Best-selling author and Zondervan Executive Editor Karen Ball will keynote the event.

Karen Ball, executive editor of Zondervan Publishers and author of Shattered Justice, will keynote the American Christian Fiction Writers conference, Sept. 15-18, 2005 in Nashville, Tennessee. Ball will share her experiences, both as an author and as editor of Francine Rivers, Karen Kingsbury, Gilbert Morris and others.

Conference highlights include: 25 workshops ranging from Fiction 101 to Turning Your Book into a Movie; Four continuing sessions ranging from Randy Ingermanson's Beginner track to Brandilynn Collins' Professional track; One-on-one appointments with editors and agents; Mentors for first-time attendees; Book of the Year and Noble Theme contest winners announcements; Public booksigning Sept. 17, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. with Karen Ball, Terri Blackstock, Kristin Billerbeck, Robin Lee Hatcher, Tracie Peterson, Deborah Raney, Gayle Roper and more.

Barbour Publishing, Revell Books, Bethany House Publishing, River Oak Publishing, Focus on the Family, Steeple Hill Books, Heartsong Presents, Tyndale Publishers, Howard Publishing, Warner Faith, Multnomah Publishers, Westbow, Navpress, and Zondervan Publishers will be represented at the conference.
