Jarrett has been responsible for developing and implementing wide-ranging information management systems, policies and procedures based on best practices, and training for compliance with HIPAA, JCAHO, federal and state guidelines. She has written HIPAA policies, set up audit studies and guidelines, computerized numerous medical records departments, and improved workflow within medical departments.
