Mansfield, TX (PRWEB) September 3, 2005
Armadillo Foam has announced its commitment to support the American Red Cross in their efforts to provide relief to the victims of Hurricane Katrina by donating 50% of its total Internet sales revenues during the month of September. You can read their full statement that is posted on their home page at http://www.ArmadilloFoam.com. The company has communicated this commitment to the American Red Cross, including an offer to have their books audited to insure that this commitment is fully met, but they do not expect to receive a reply for several days due to the very high demands placed upon the American Red Cross in recent days.
"We know that all of us want to do whatever we can to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina," said Forrest Feiock, President of Armadillo Foam, "and we at Armadillo Foam want to do our part to support the American Red Cross in this time of dire need. Our customers can now order from us with the knowledge that 50% of their purchase price will be donated to the American Red Cross."
Armadillo Foam designs, develops and manufactures a growing line of hunting dog training products, and the company recently opened its new website from which customers can easily place orders. The company provides high quality products, can offer very attractive prices because they sell direct to the public, and they provide free shipping on any order of $30 or more. "We know that we are in the middle of the busy season for training hunting dogs," said Forrest, "and we want to give our customers the opportunity to have 50% of their purchase price donated to the most worthy cause to hit our country in decades."
In addition to their Mallard, Mini-Mallard, Foam Bumpers, Bobwhite Quail, and Scent Kits, Armadillo Foam has accelerated its plans to introduce its Pheasant, Puppy Foam Bumper, Large Foam Bumper and Goose Foam Bumper to make these products available as a means of increasing the potential donations they will make on behalf of their customers.
"We recognize that recovery from this disaster will require many months," added Forrest, "and we will determine if we can extend this program beyond the current planned end date of 30 September to continue to support the ongoing efforts of the American Red Cross." The company recognizes that the response to this program could place an extraordinary strain on its manufacturing capacity, but the company will take all steps available to it to continue to ship every customer's order on the first business day after it is received. "If you plan on buying training products for your hunting dog, please consider Armadillo Foam," requested Forrest, "and whether you purchase from us or not, please consider making a donation to one of the many organizations that are helping people during this time of extreme need."
