(PRWEB) September 13, 2005 -- UK company stops all spam e-mail for good.

ClearMyMail (http://www.clearmymail.com) has launched its first product aimed at home and small business users, named ClearMyMail Personal Edition. The system works without the end user having to install any additional software and stops a true 100% of all unwanted e-mail without ever blocking a message that may of been wanted.

Traditional spam filtering systems have always relied on complex filtering systems, which in effect have to guess whether a message is spam or not. In most cases these filtering systems work reasonably well, often with a 99% success rate. But the problem lies in the fact that an automated process can never be 100% accurate at understanding the content and context of a message which can then lead to a valid message being blocked, or in the case of a spam e-mail it may actually get delivered as normal mail.

The new service from ClearMyMail does not try to guess whether a message is spam, if it is not 100% certain the intelligent system will simply ask the end user if they want to receive messages from this new sender. This decision will then be remembered for any further e-mails received.

This intelligent permission system is the final stage of ClearMyMail's highly complex set of rules that every message must pass through - all of which simply work away in the background constantly clearing each customers mail for them 24 hours a day. The customer will only ever be asked about valid new senders -- they won't be constantly pestered by e-mail from definate spammers as the system automatically clears these out without any action required from the user.

It is this final intelligent permission stage that gives ClearMyMail its unique 100% sucess rate at blocking unwanted mail, without ever having a problem with deleting a wanted e-mail (Often called a false positive).

Dan Field, creator of ClearMyMail says "Its almost like having your own personal assistant that constantly checks your e-mail for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week...

If a message is from someone you know then it is passed through to your inbox as usual, if its from a spammer it is blocked before you even have to download the message yourself, and if its from an address you do not know (Perhaps an important sales enquiry or a long lost friend), you will receive an e-mail from the system asking you whether to allow or block this new sender".

ClearMyMail works as a hosted service on a series of highly secure servers, which constantly check and clear each customers e-mail. The customer then simply downloads their e-mail from the secure ClearMyMail server instead of their current ISP or mail providor. This hosted environment offers big advantages over software based systems, including working on any platform and instant system updates to all users free of charge.

So whether the user has an Apple Mac, a Windows PC os a Linux machine, the system will equally well.

With its true 100% success rate and incredible low cost, ClearMyMail looks set to revolutionize the anti-spam industry.
