This year's prestigious 118 awards were held at The Lowry Hotel Manchester City Centre. Hosted by the very funny Gina Yashere the best directory enquiries services in the world have been rightly rewarded. This year's award entrants were treated to a champagne reception and mouth watering five course meal at Manchesters first five star hotel.

Hosted by the very funny Gina Yashere the best directory enquiries services in the world have been rightly rewarded. This year's award entrants were treated to a champagne reception and mouth watering five course meal at Manchester's first five star hotel.

The awards judging panel is made up of experts in the market place and included representatives from The Pierz Group, Thomson Directories, Performance House, Lindley Consulting, Scansoft, Performix Technologies, Telecommunications Users Association, Volt Delta and 118tracker.com.

This years' winner demonstrates professionalism and excellence in their relationships with several different customers. They show flexibility in adapting to varying customer needs which is made possible by established flexible business processes. The training provided to their carefully chosen staff is based on a thorough needs analysis and is often adapted to the individual requirements.

"Value for money" is a strong business proposition and indicates the necessary focus and flexibility required by this type of wholesale operator.

This years winning wholesale provider has demonstrated consistent delivery on all of its clients' service level agreements and offers a 'value for money' proposition. They are a deserved winner.
