Pilat HR Solutions today introduced Transition PulseTM, a new technology for managing human capital in restructuring scenarios such as mergers & acquisitions, substantive growth, and downsizing. Pilat’s Transition Pulse is a flexible, web-based application that can model and cost an anticipated restructured organization or department. Transition Pulse manages the restructuring process to ensure it is carried out both efficiently and effectively with full communication with everyone involved.
