The recent purchase of Podcastalley.com and Odeo.com's receiving of funding, moves PodcastPickle.com up into the top slot (according to Alexa).
Gary Leland founder of PodcastPickle.com, began working on PodcastPickle.com in December of 2004. This date also makes PodcastPickle.com one of the first of the podcast directories. Working on the directory from the back room of their online sporting goods store (www.sportjunk.com)located in Arlington, Texas. Gary's crew of developers have created more than a directory. They have actually created a podcast community. With a very active forum, and chatroom. They also have a large selection of podcasts in languages other than English. Every thing from French to German, Chinese to Spanish. At the moment PodcastPickle.com has over 2200 different podcasts featuring over 23500 individual episodes, in 14 different languages.
