BladeNet introduces the Exhibition and Tournament Entry Permit Management System, an innovative and ground-breaking solution enabling coaches to request exhibition games and tournaments online and allowing tournament directors and league administrators to review, deny, or accept requests online.

The new system transforms hockey management practices by integrating multiple participants, processes, and approval decisions into a single and secure online system allowing participants to submit, respond, and monitor a request status online at anytime.

The Mississauga Hockey League (http://www.hockey.on.ca) has selected the Exhibition and Tournament Entry Permit Management System to streamline its Exhibition Game and Tournament requests. “We needed to find a way to approve, organize, and track our Tournaments and Exhibition games and eliminate the headaches. BladeNet listened. Now we have an easy to use system that automates the entire process and is available online 24/7.” commented Brad Norris, Executive Director of the Mississauga Hockey League.

The system begins with a comprehensive online request form that includes all the information required for league approval and also features the ability to request a referee and timekeeper for the requested game or tournament. Once submitted, game and tournaments requests are immediately available online to league officials with approval privileges. Officials can reject or approve requests online and the results are instantly available to the submitting coach or official. The coach or official always has the option of editing their requests online. Once a designated official has approved the online request, an online approval form is generated containing the signature of the approving official.

With the new system, everyone is on the same page, using the same information. No more paper, no more mailing, and no more waiting. The result: reduced costs, reduced workload, faster turnaround, and greater satisfaction for Coaches, Tournament Directors and League Administrators.
