The USAPI adds another premier educator to its distinguished Certification Board, broadening it's already diverse mixture.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (PRWEB) September 9, 2005 -- The United States Association of Professional Investigators (USAPI®) is pleased to announce the appointment of Brandon Perron, CCDI, to its Certification Board. USAPI is the only association of its kind to provide education, certification, and benefits to professionals across the entire spectrum of investigative specialties. As a member of this USAPI Board, Perron will be bringing his expertise to the Board Certified Professional Investigator® (BCPI®) Program, a unique designation bestowed upon those investigators who have passed this stringent series of examinations (http://www.usapi.org/bcpi.html).

Brandon Perron, CCDI, President and Founder of the "Criminal Defense Investigation Training Council" (CDITC) has accepted a position on the prestigious USAPI Certification Board (http://www.usapi.org/certification_board.html), joining distinguished members Dr. Henry C. Lee, Dr. Maurice Godwin, Reginald Montgomery, and Stuart James, among others.

"Brandon is perhaps the most complete criminal defense investigator in the country," says Warren J. Sonne, President of USAPI. "He is a practitioner as well as an educator, and he will make an outstanding addition to the already stellar Certification Board."

According to Perron, "USAPI is an example of 21st century evolution as it relates to the investigative profession. The CDITC is honored to align itself as friend and ally of the USAPI."

Perron is a motivational speaker, criminal justice trainer, and has been a Florida Licensed Private Investigator since 1989. He has also served meritoriously as a Criminal Investigator with the United States Air Force and as a Florida Public Defender Investigator. In 1994, he developed the Component Method of Criminal Defense Investigation, which is used to train criminal defense investigators in the public and private sector. In addition to developing training programs for public defenders, he has also developed college level degree programs based upon the Component Method. Brandon is one of the most sought after trainers within the discipline of criminal defense investigation.
