Scott brings to NelsonHall more than 16 years of program, technology and outsourcing experience, and is responsible for developing the firmÂs Human Resource Outsourcing research and analysis product and service line. Most recently, he led strategy development and portfolio management for Aon Human Resource Consulting and Outsourcing.
The executive hire is the latest in a series of moves that the growing company has made in the execution of its strategy, which includes developing highly targeted solutions and delivering them through a global network of highly skilled professionals and vertical practices.

He was recently selected as one of HRO Today MagazineÂs 2004 "Superstars of HR Outsourcing" and Human Resource Executive MagazineÂs "Rising Stars of HR," and was a 2000 PricewaterhouseCoopers HR Innovation Award finalist. Before joining Aon, Scott was Managing Director at Talent divine a Chicago B2E company, and was the HRM (Human Resources Management) consulting practice leader for PricewaterhouseCoopersÂ West Region.
Scott earned an MS in organizational development from Loyola University of Chicago, and a BS in manufacturing engineering and technology from Purdue University. He is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer on human capital-related issues.
