Seattle, September 11, 2005 - NetMusic Entertainment Corporation (Other OTC:NTMT.PK - News) announced today that it has completed an agreement to integrate the company's content and platform services for delivery to mobile phones with Vidistream, Ltd. of the United Kingdom.

The deal will enable the company to deliver entertainment content to customers using Microsoft Smartphone™ and Symbian™ technologies on a variety of mobile networks, including those operated by Vodaphone, Tmobile, and Orange. NetMusic will also be able to integrate a full suite of delivery to mobile services for all of the company's content and wholesale initiative partners.

Glen Starchman, NetMusic's Chairman and CEO, said, “With annual worldwide sales of smart mobile devices reaching into the tens of millions, NetMusic is aggressively pursuing the delivery of entertainment to those platforms. The delivery of entertainment to mobile devices has been projected to become a multi-billion dollar business within the next couple of years, and NetMusic is going to be there.” He further added, “Vidistream brings very strong and proven technology as well as a strong team of professionals to our efforts. We are confident that our ability to add mobile delivery to our offerings will increase the level of access we have to consumers, thereby substantially increasing revenues for both NetMusic and its partners.”

Shaun Doyle, Vidistream's Chairman and CEO, said Vidistream offers mobile network operators, content owners and service providers a proven, secure, ready-to-use platform on which live and pre-recorded mobile video services can be delivered, combined with a portfolio of compelling and exclusive content. The platform runs over all mobile networks and Vidistream's success is not dependent on long-term take-up of 3rd generation mobile services as the technology works over current (2½ generation) as well as 3G networks. There are currently 2.5 million video-capable handsets in the UK alone, and growth is expected to achieve 6m handsets by 2008.
