Mark Harris Calls on Stevenson to Repeal Pay Raise

"This self-serving pay raise is an outrage. Its a slap in the face to the thousands of middle-class families across the state." Mark Harris believes that Representative Stevenson has lost touch with his constituents: "The average citizens of Western Pennsylvania cannot arbitrarily raise their salaries. Mr. Harris demanded that the pay raise be repealed: "I strongly urge Representative Stevenson and those who supported this pay grab to repeal it immediately. The people of Pennsylvania are entitled to their hard earned money. We need a State Representative who understands that.

House Bill 1945 introduced by nearly forty co-sponsors would repeal the pay raise. "This is the kind of courage, we need to see in Harrisburg and I encourage everyone to get behind this legislation," stated Harris.
