Goldstein Lewin & Co., Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce that Lawrence A. Rosenblum, CPA has been named a Principal of the firm. Mr. Rosenblum, who joined Goldstein Lewin in 1994, is licensed as a CPA in the states of Florida and New York.
He has extensive experience in consulting to the real estate community, including real estate developers, owners, and lessors. As head of the firm's cost segregation department, Mr. Rosenblum has performed over 60 cost segregation studies for properties ranging in value from $600,000 to over $50 million. His practice areas also include tax planning and consulting for closely held businesses.
