Clearwater, Florida (PRWEB) September 26, 2005
A group of artists and community activists has announced the second monthly arts happening it is calling ÂFinal Friday to promote the interaction of artists and community members. On Friday, September 30, there will be a lively arts event in downtown Clearwater showcasing a variety of artists work.
Final Friday will take place at Java Junction, 705 Franklin, near the corner of Myrtle and Franklin, downtown Clearwater, from 5-8 pm. The public is invited. Happy hour prices will prevail.
The event is called ÂFinal Friday because it is scheduled for the last Friday in every month. This month's Final Friday will feature works of visual artists, performance and installation arts, musicians, poets, writers and actors. Artists and performers from the region will be present and there will be interactive works-in-progress for guests to participate in.
The arts happening is the brainchild of juice!, a group of artists and community activists promoting the arts and the interaction of artists and community members. juice! is sponsoring the monthly gatherings of artists at Java Junction in downtown Clearwater.
