About Challenges

Challenges is a Florida state licensed and JCAHO accredited private addictions and mental health treatment center and is the first ever designated "Center of Excellence" by Terence Gorski and the CENAPS Foundation.

Located in the greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida area, the facility specializes in the treatment of adult individuals who have had difficulty staying sober in the past. These individuals may have also experienced a history of chronic relapse of alcohol and drug abuse despite, in many cases, prior treatment experiences and their best intentions to maintain sobriety with an ongoing recovery program.

Challenges' focused and highly specialized dedication to relapse treatment and relapse prevention uniquely distinguishes it from other types of treatment centers.

Whether one is suffering from active co-addictions and compulsive behaviors, drug and/or alcohol abuse, active chemical dependency, or dual-diagnosed mental health and psychiatric disorders, Challenges is the preferred facility for the treatment of relapse and relapse prevention. Challenges has led the way in being on the cutting edge of providing intensive treatment of relapse as a defined specialty.
