PepsiCo: Developing the Next Generation of Leaders

In this session, Mike Woodard, Senior Manager, Training and Development of PepsiCo, Marybeth Tahar of Interaction Associates, and Nick Noyes of Insight Experience will explore a powerful way to develop the leadership pipeline.

Attendees will learn how the application of a computerized business simulation, 360-degree feedback reports, classroom training, and other methods, combine to provide for the immediate application of new skills, tools, and methods by leaders tasked with driving the business. This solution provides a platform for advancing significant deliverables while increasing leaders' strategic thinking and leadership abilities. It encourages networking to create more cross-functional collaboration, and creates an ongoing network of mentors and peer coaches for future leaders.

The program focuses on two key leadership competencies: "innovation" and "knows the business." Learn how PepsiCo equips its identified high-potential leaders to be innovative and business-savvy.
