In this session, Mike Woodard, Senior Manager, Training and Development of PepsiCo, Marybeth Tahar of Interaction Associates, and Nick Noyes of Insight Experience will explore a powerful way to develop the leadership pipeline.
Attendees will learn how the application of a computerized business simulation, 360-degree feedback reports, classroom training, and other methods, combine to provide for the immediate application of new skills, tools, and methods by leaders tasked with driving the business. Marybeth Tahar is Chair of the Board of Interaction Associates Inc. She designs and implements training, consulting and facilitation projects that support large-scale collaborative change initiatives. Marybeth has worked in the organizational development field for more than 20 years. Since joining Interaction Associates in 1986, Marybeth has facilitated strategic planning sessions for many Fortune 500 companies, and has developed and delivered leadership development initiatives to thousands of individuals.
