Motown Style Show and Review
Detroit's Own Prolifics performs at Royal Oak Township Recreation Center in a Motown style show and review.
Charter Township of Royal Oak (PRWEB) September 19, 2005 -- On Saturday, October, 8 2005, Sounds In The Key of Gee" and T Pablo L. Productions will present THE SOUND OF DETROIT, a Motown Style Show & Review at the Royal Oak Township Recreation Center, located at 21272 Mendota (1 block North of W. 8 Mile Road).
The show will feature "The Prolifics" with a special performance by "Oddeci." The Prolifics, known for their vocal harmonies and timed choreography, represent a composite of the groups that inspired the Legacy of Motown. The Prolifics have been performing for more than 25 years. Their story begins as so many others singing acappella on a street corner on the East side of Detroit. Years of performing, dancing and prancing to sold out audiences make them a sought after 5 man entertainment powerhouse.
The show will take you back to a time when the music was mellow; people didnt mind dancing cheek-to-check and gas was affordable. This show is guaranteed to have you sweating to the oldies.
There will be two shows 9PM and 11PM. Tickets $20 can be purchased at the door.
