SunTrust Mortgage Leases Offices in New York Area
SunTrust Mortgage Inc., of Atlanta, lease space for loan offices in Forest Hills, NY, and Melville, NY in deals arranged by Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide.
LAKE SUCCESS, NY (PRWEB) September 18, 2005 -- Suntrust Mortgage Inc., the Atlanta-based lending subsidiary of SunTrust Banks Inc., signed leases for two loan offices in deals arranged by the commercial real estate services firm, Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide.
SunTrust Mortgage sub-leased 3,950 square feet of office space for a new loan office from Merrill Lynch at 112-01 Queens Blvd., Forest Hills, in a deal arranged by Sutton & Edwards Senior Executive Director Eric Launer. Corporate National Realty represented the sub landlord.
In another deal arranged by Launer, SunTrust signed a new lease for 4,238 square feet of office space at 145 Pinelawn Road, Melville, NY, with Greenway Plaza.
