Ellen H. Clark, former head of Salans' Derivatives Product Group, has moved her law practice to DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP in New York City. "I'm pleased to have this opportunity to join DLA Piper, a dynamically growing firm that has not only a vast network of European offices that my cross-border clients traditionally seek, but also a significant presence across the United States," said Ms. Clark after a recent hedge fund presentation given at her new firm's New York office in midtown. "It is my expectation that the traditional DLA Piper client base, with a strong focus on real estate lending, will move towards new products in the mortgage-backed securitization and CDO area. I am eager to be part of that growth."

Ms. Clark, who began her career at Cravath Swaine and Moore in New York, and spent over a decade practicing in Europe, brings with her an international clientele in the capital markets area in addition to her derivatives and securitization practice focus. "I look forward to forging new working relationships with my colleagues at DLA Piper world-wide."

Ms. Clark can now be reached in New York at (212) 835-6205 at DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP, 1251 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10020.
