Dr Steven Windmill, previously the Chief Operations Officer of an 18 Billion Defense strategic change program, has moved to Fuel-Europe, based in London, UK.
(PRWEB) September 24, 2005 -- Dr Steven Windmill led the 18 Billion Defense Training Rationalization (DTR) program with the cumbersome title of 'DGTEDTRIPTPlans' (e.g. Chief Operations Officer) until July 2005, when he moved across to Fuel-Europe Limited as the defense Account Director.
The DTR program is Europes largest change management program involving the acquisition, merger, integration and rationalization of resources replicated across the three Armed Forces, defense Police and Intelligence services; with the re-engineered packages shortly to be fully outsourced to a solution provided by global consortia from the defense, FM and construction industries. DTR is to be funded by a Public Private Partnership (PPP/PFI) finance initiative. Dr Windmill successful created and managed the overall plan and performance, directly managing the 2 Billion risk portfolio.
