New Creditor's Rights Firm Will Have Technology and Service in the Forefront

The law firms of Shapiro & Kreisman, LLC and Fisher and Fisher, Attorneys at Law, PC announced today that they will form a new firm effective October 1, 2005. The new firm will be named Fisher and Shapiro, LLC. The firm will maintain its principal office in Northbrook, Illinois and also keep an office in the Chicago loop.

Barry Fisher, managing partner of Fisher and Fisher, said "By combining the best qualities, technology and human capital of two of the top law firms in our specialty, Fisher and Shapiro, LLC will be even better positioned to respond to the needs of our clients on any creditor rights issue."

Elizabeth Kaplan Meyers will be the Managing Attorney of the combined operation.
