Preventing Child Abduction: Child Safety Program Teaches Kids How

Telling children not to talk to strangers is not enough to prevent abduction. Many abduction attempts can be prevented if children learn and practice proven methods of avoidance.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (PRWEB) September 25, 2005 -- Every 40 seconds a child becomes missing or abducted, but parents can help their children prevent that from happening.
