Inspirational Thriller Reveals Hidden Truths in Churches

Author D'Stith announces the debut of her inspirational thriller, "Savior Flava". The novel deals with the trials and struggles of heroine Flavoria Jade Reynolds and her search for inner healing.

Hampton Roads, VA (PRWEB) September 25, 2005 -- Author DStith announces that CPN Publishers has published her suspense novel, Savior Flava. In an inspirational and fictional narrative, DStith exposes many of the myths and hidden truths in todays churches, ultimately showing the power of forgiveness and inner strength.

Set in the authors hometown of Hampton Roads, Virginia, the novel follows the life of Flavoria ("Flava") Jade Reynolds, an outreach minister and single mother who has lost herself in ministry work after suffering a failed marriage and the death of her grandmother. During her darkest moments, Flava experiences a spiritual rebirth that causes her to embark on a journey to find inner healing. During the process, she gains the attention and heart of Minister Shaun Jacobson, much to the dismay of his assistant and church organist. Suddenly, a reoccurring nightmare of her mentor, Eldress, forces Flava to dig up her past. She soon discovers that those closest to her hold the darkest secrets, and must learn how to develop spiritual strength in order to overcome her inner demons.

"As a minister, I relate to many things Flava must overcome in her life," said DStith. "I want readers to use this book to look honestly into themselves and find inner healing."

Savior Flava is a trade paperback published by CPN Publishers (http://www.cpnpublishers.com), an independent publishing house in London, England.

DStith is an Elder in the ministry at Bethphage Outreach Center in Chesapeake, VA where she serves as Biblical Studies Teacher and Youth Minister. She also travels to various churches and group meetings for inspirational speaking. She recently finished her first childrens book, Taylor Tot Loves Chocolate Cookies, which is slated for publication in Winter 2005.

Over the next few months, DStith will be discussing Savior Flava during her televised appearance on the syndicated cable show, "The Literary Forum," in Winter 2005. For access to her book tour schedule, purchase information, and the books prologue, visit http://oliviastith.tripod.com.
