Darla Dixon is an artist who is offering her talents free of charge to the families of our fallen heroes, through her Military Fallen Heroes project. She does portraits in pencil from photographs.

Family members of fallen heroes may contact her at the email and website addresses listed. If you would like to make a donation to assist Darla in providing these free portraits to military families, you can do so at her website by clicking on the "Military Fallen Heroes Project" link.

Portraits Drawn Free of Charge for Families of Fallen Military Personnel

If you had an immediate family member die in Iraq/Afghanistan/War Against Terrorism and would like one FREE pencil portrait done from photographs of the loved one, please just email artist Darla Dixon through her website to make a request and for instructions of where to mail reference photos.

There is no "catch," except that Darla would like the request to be made only by the parent, spouse, or immediate family member of the person.

These 9"x12" or 11"x14" portraits will be completed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
