Bob Cariglia Joins CallCommand Executive Team

CallCommand™, a leading provider of web-based communication solutions to automotive retailers nationwide, today announced the addition of Bob Cariglia to its executive team. Cariglia will take the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for guiding the future direction and expansion of the company with his initial focus being Client Services; building a dedicated group of seasoned customer service representatives who will work with new customers to ensure they are utilizing the product to their full advantage.

Cariglia plans to target Client Services as the differentiator for CallCommand, awarding each customer with a dedicated Account Management Team to provide ongoing guidance and support. Field Service Manager's will be located regionally, close to the customer's place of business, with a mandate to schedule regular visits to provide additional training and to introduce and fully explain new features.

With a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and an MBA with concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies, Cariglia has more than 25 years experience in leading companies to increased performance; expanding markets, developing strategic partnerships and integrating new technologies. Prior to CallCommand, Cariglia served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Minacs Worldwide, where he was successful in guiding the company towards meeting an aggressive business plan in 2004.

Cariglia also served as Vice President of Sales for DaimlerChrysler's Freightliner Truck Division, leading the North American sales force with responsibility for sales through 350 independent dealerships across Canada and the US.
