World Dairy Diary To Chronicle World Dairy Expo Events

The first ever farm show blog, World Dairy Diary, will follow the activities of World Dairy Expo through the eyes of a first time visitor. The site will include news, pictures and interviews before, during and after the event.

(PRWEB) September 29, 2005 -- World Dairy Diary" will be keeping World Dairy Expo attendees and non-attendees alike informed about the activities at the event October 4-8 in Madison, WI. The official blog of the World Dairy Expo at www.wdexpo.org is being sponsored by No-Bull Enterprises, Holstein Association USA, and the United Soybean Board's Qualisoy initiative.

Look for commentary, pictures, audio and much more on World Dairy Diary before, during and after the Expo," said blog manager Chuck Zimmerman of ZimmComm, Marketing and Communications. I'll be there for the entire event, covering all aspects of the expo."

World Dairy Diary has been up and running for three months now and recently got a new look with a customized skin" incorporating the World Dairy Expo theme The Art of Dairy."

The blog has been featuring international dairy news of a general nature, as well as updates about the expo. It is linked to the World Dairy Expo's regular website (www.worlddairyexpo.com) and is different in that it features nothing but frequently updated news and commentary about the dairy business.

In addition, the blog has a comment feature, so visitors can add their own remarks and observations about the dairy business in general and World Dairy Expo in particular, and we highly encourage them to do so," said Zimmerman.

People who attend the expo will be encouraged to check the blog for daily news, pictures, interviews, and show perspective through the eyes of a first time visitor. Those who are unable to attend can keep up on the activities from a distance.

We also encourage people to subscribe to the site's RSS feed. That way they can get automatic updates without even having to check the website," Zimmerman added.

That can be done by using free news aggregator software like NewsGator, www.newsgator.com or Feedster, www.feedster.com and there are many others.
