Train Chartering has provided trains that have recently featured in three productions.
Train Chartering has provided trains for two movies starring Elijah Wood, Jennifer Love Hewitt & Paul Nicholls & a BBC ONE docudrama.
All three required realistic footage on modern trains on the mainline railway and the free use of platforms at regular railway stations (inclduing in two cases a major London terminus).
The US company Outlaw Productions funded ÂIf Only with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Paul Nicholls. The romantic comedy was directed by Gil Junger and produced by Love HewittÂs Love Spell Entertainment. The movie premiered at the 6th Sarasota Film Festival, Florida.
Elijah Wood starred in ÂGreen Street HooligansÂ, directed by Lexi Alexander for Odd Lot Releasing (USA). The hard-hitting movie about football hooligans was released in the US this month.
The BBC were seeking realism for their production ÂDerailedÂ, a docudrama about Railtrack and the Paddington rail crash, screened on BBC ONE this month. Train Chartering assembled a train that had carriages with appropriately liveried interiors to represent two different trains.
