RentersInc.com Offers Free Advertising To Apartment Communities

Renters, Inc. a Dallas-based apartment Internet Listing Service has launched an innovative approach to apartment advertising. Part of RentersInc.coms services includes free basic listings for any apartment property with 30 or more units in the United States. Christopher Spence, the companys CEO says that This strategy will provide valuable content to consumers searching for apartments. At the same time it will allow many communities who simply cannot afford to advertise access to basic promotions for their community."

DALLAS, TX (PRWEB) January 5, 2005 -- Apartment communities can however upgrade their listings for a low fee of $20 per month which allows them to upload photos, logos and virtual tours. In addition, paid listing will get priority rankings in the search results over any free listings for relevant searches. Finally, the $20 per month listing fee will allow communities access to the bid for position" tools. These tools allow apartment management to instantly increase and decrease their position in the search results for any relevant searches by making auction style bids. These bids determine the amount that the apartment community will pay for each qualified click which can be as little as five cents per click. The highest bid will receive the number one position for relevant searches, the second highest will receive the number two position and so on. Communities can also stop bidding at any time if their inventory becomes full by setting their bid amount to zero. Any clicks received at that point are free of charge.

Mr. Spence believes that For far too long there has been a ‘one-size fits all perspective when it comes to advertising for apartment communities. Nothing has changed since the advent of Internet advertising. We however understand that advertising needs and budgets vary from community to community. Our bid for position tools allow communities to decide how much traffic they need and how much they want to spend month-to-month or even day-to-day. RentersInc.com offers top-notch advertising to fit any conceivable budget."
