AsianArtMall.com joined the many people around the world in reaching out to help the victims of last weeks disaster in South Asia.
Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) January 3, 2005 -- AsianArtMall.com joined the many people around the world in reaching out to help the victims of last weeks disaster in South Asia. In addition to making donations to World Vision, Save the Children, and Action Against Hunger, they will be making daily donations to these and other organizations throughout January. The funds will come from the profits they made this holiday season selling their Asian Arts and Crafts, many of which are from the countries affected by the Tsunami that struck South Asia.
Additionally they have pledged a percentage of every sale and setup a special web page for visitors that choose to donate directly.
Asian Art Mall has been selling handcrafted articles from countries throughout Asia for ten years. The over 4,000 products on their site are all in stock in their Baltimore, MD warehouse and are shipped all over the world. Thousands of people throughout the US either sent or received gifts from their site this holiday season. Their site receives thousands of visitors each day and it is the hope of the owners Jim and JoAnne Sisk that their contribution, though not the size of Fortune 500 companies, will help ease the suffering of the victims of the December 26th Tsunami.
