Teal We Meet Again Announces Ongoing Donation Campaign for Ovarian Cancer
Teal We Meet Again, an online based webstore, is a spin-off of Alyssas Soap Cottage. What started as a handmade bath and body business, branched out into a new site that donates proceeds from each and every product to Ovarian Cancer awareness.
Plano, TX (PRWEB) January 10, 2005 - Teal We Meet Again would like to invite you to help support Ovarian Cancer awareness and education. Teal We Meet Again is the home of handmade bath and body products, including soaps and lotions, all in the fragrance that was created especially for their Fragrance for a Cause line, Whispering Angels. You can also find handmade Swarovski crystal bracelets, jewelry, ornaments, stuffed animals, magnets and jelly bracelets, to name a few.
A percentage of all sales, ranging from 10% up to 100% is donated to two organizations, National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC") and The Gilda Radner Familial Ovarian Cancer Registry. You read that right, 100% of all profits from Teal We Meet Agains Whispering Angels soap is donated to NOCC.
The Whispering Angels fragrance line was created in 2001 shortly after owner Tina Shobes mother, Marion Baronich, was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. What started off as a small mission has turned into a big passion. In late-2002, Alyssas Soap Cottage partnered with the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition to help expand awareness and education campaigns and to support new projects. In early 2003, Tina lost her Mother to Ovarian Cancer. Since then, she has slowly expanded the Whispering Angels line and included Gifts for a Cause. Teal We Meet Again was launched in July 2004 to bring even more Gifts for a Cause that will help benefit Ovarian Cancer.
