Natalie Walker, designer and originator of the hip yet wholesome swimwear line, aquaswimwear, has created another great mom/daughter idea. Holiday girlfriend special-tees.

Palos Verdes Estates, CA (PRWEB) January 12, 2005 -- Walker says the idea stemmed from a Halloween event she was working on for her sons school. I was in charge of decorating the grounds for the Halloween festival at my sons school. The moms working the show wanted something to distinguish themselves as show ‘staff. I thought we could all be spooky mamas" for Halloween and created a long sleeve orange t-shirt with the embroidered spooky mama" on it. Every mom in the area wanted one!

For Christmas we created the jolly mama" tee. The rage and excitement for holiday tees began. Then, of course, our niche being for mother/daughter, I invented the little versions for my daughter. She LOVES it!" says Walker. This was the beginning of the holiday mommy and me special-tee line!

The company has created the following tees for these holidays: Sweet mama/Sweet girl" Valentines Day, Spoiled mama/Spoiled" for Mothers Day, For the 4th of July: Yankee doodle mama and Yankee doodle girl". Halloween: spooky mama/monster child" and Christmas: jolly mama/little elf". Holiday mama tees retail for $25.00 for the mom and $23.00 for the girls.

The company has been very excited with the success of the Cure with Love" tee shirt sales from the 2004 Holiday sales. This is a long sleeve black tee with a pink rhinestone encrusted heart on the center front. A portion of sales of the Cure" tee benefits the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
