Ad Agency Program for Female-Friendly Marketing

Educational workshops teach agencies and their clients how to produce messages that resonate with women.

(PRWEB) January 21, 2005 -- Interpret-Her introduces its Getting To Know Her training program. Designed for both the agency and its client base, our two pronged approach gets the account and creative staff up to speed on the current trends in marketing to women and then educates their clients on female-friendly market concepts. This lays a solid foundation for strategic account planning and creative development", states Terri Whitesel, Founder of Interpret-Her.

The Getting to Know Her program offers several workshops beginning with a one day seminar geared to quickly educate the agency team. An expanded two day, six-module course addresses the female differences that drive product development and creative within her" market segment. It also covers new research techniques which get to the core emotions often overlooked or misinterpreted. Lastly, Interpret-Her facilitates a collaborative agency/client workshop to define new opportunities both in service and design.

The workshop series demonstrates how the entire marketing process has to resonate with women from the first moment she" hears about a product to when she tells a friend why they should buy it. It also covers emerging media" that cant be bought, only finessed, like Word-of-Mouth advertising and Community Building; both big players when reaching women and gaining higher ROI.

For agencies with a basic knowledge of the challenges, but dont have the time or money to staff up" for planning and pitches, Interpret-Her also offers business development sessions geared to direct and inspire ideas that have a female-friendly" approval rating. Agencies can then pitch ideas directly to clients and/or include the Interpret-Her team to be the subject matter specialists in a joint presentation.

We saw that there was a big gap between knowing what marketing to women was and how to implement effective strategies," states Ms. Whitesel. These programs educate both sides of the agency/client relationship on the core issues, and provide guidance to focus both groups on actionable tasks."

The facts are irrefutable – women now control over $5 trillion in spending from retail to B-to-B purchasing. Knowing how to think like them, talk like them, and work with them is critical to agencies and their clients as they learn strategies for courting a market that is obvious, yet illusive, and carrying a new set of demands.

About the Company: Interpret-Her is a hands-on consultancy providing corporations with practical solutions for marketing to women.
