As of January 1st NanoWorld Holding AG acquired 100% of the German based NanoWorld Services GmbH.

In the course of a restructuring measure to achieve greater transparency within the growing NanoWorld Group, NanoWorld Holding AG acquired the German based NanoWorld Services GmbH from NanoWorld AG.

NanoWorld Services GmbH was founded by Joerg Diebel, CEO NanoWorld Services GmbH on August 1st, 2001 in Erlangen/Germany and is one of the leading developers, manufacturers and global suppliers of integrated solutions for Micro- and Nanotechnology.
