OD Ntuk, a recent Industrial Engineering graduate, has setup a fundraiser to benefit the Red Cross and UNICEF with the help of 12 of the internet's best marketers and five local restuarants. The fundraiser began on January 22nd and will end on Febraury 22nd and is available at www.OperationAid.org.

State College, PA (PRWEB) January 30, 2005 -- On January 22nd the Operation Aid fundraiser kicked off after two weeks of web design, web programming, and joint venturing by OD Ntuk. Ntuk a recent Industrial Engineering graduate, the former president of the Computer Hardware Initiative Project (CHIP), and the Publisher of Money Mind News was able to get twelve of the internets best marketers to donate business e-books and memberships, and five restaurants in State College (the Indian Pavilion, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Cold Stone Creamery, New Chinatown Restaurant, and the Fresh Harvest Kafe) to donate gift certificates to the Operation Aid fundraiser as rewards for those that contribute just $10 to the fundraiser. After a financial contribution is made a user is be able to choose a username and password and then login to the website backend where they can download digital products, receive memberships, and print their gift certificates. There are currently 32 gifts worth $1315 available in the backend.

"I couldnt travel to the effected areas and could only donate so much money on my own to help with the relief effort so I turned to my skills in joint venturing and marketing to make as big of a difference as I possibly could. Internet marketers and restaurants in State College were more than willing to help my effort and to do whatever they could to make it a success so Im quite grateful."

The goal of the Operation Aid fundraiser is to raise $25,000 in just one month using a combination of internet marketing and press releases. The money raised by the fundraiser will be split between the Red Cross and UNICEF. Evidence of the donations will be posted on the Operation Aid website sometime shortly after the fundraiser ends on February 22nd.

"I've always loved charity and it's a pleasure to be combining my love of charity with my knowledge of joint venturing and marketing to make a difference. I know $25,000 is a huge goal especially in just a month but Ill be marketing hard to raise as much money as I possibly can. If Operation Aid proves to be successful I'd love to raise money for other worthy causes using a similar format."
