Fitness Expert Teaches Busy Women How To Be Their Own Exercise Equipment
Busy women are time starved and usually leave taking care of themselves at the bottom of the priority list. Joey Atlas offers tips to help women find time to exercise.
Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (PRWEB) October 1, 2005 -- Created to give busy women an effective, time saving, and realistic workout program, The Butt, Hip and Thigh Makeover DVD teaches women how to exercise at home with no equipment. The November 1st official release date was announced yesterday by Exercise Physiologist and Fitness Writer, Joey Atlas, at The GAC Personal Training Studio.
Women are the busiest people in todays society. Naturally, their time for exercise is limited, if not non-existent. But they are the ones that need exercise the most. We created these workout DVDs for women who dont have time to get to the gym and dont have exercise equipment at home", states Joey Atlas.
Joey Atlas offers the following tips to women who want to start or restart an exercise program:
1)Realize you dont have to spend 2 hours in the gym everyday. 20 -- 40 minutes, 3 -- 5 times per week is all you need.
2)Work on developing the mindset of your new program being part of a healthy lifestyle, not a quick fix. Also, see this as setting a priceless example for others around you.
3)Dont start a program without knowing how or where to start. Get some guidance (books, DVDs, a trainer) and create a plan. Long term success is more likely if you have mapped out a strategy.
4)Find a committed exercise partner for support. Be accountable to each other. This can be a great motivating factor.
5)Realize that what you are doing is very, very far from being selfish. Investing 30 minutes, 5 times per week in exercise, so that you can be around when your kids have your grandchildren is a tremendously unselfish act.
