Alderson Brothers Printers Gear-Up for Expansion

Alderson Brothers, a printing organisation located in West London, have invested 10 in a flagship new premises and two new heatset web offset printing presses to facilitate continued growth.

The continued strength of this medium has encouraged Alderson Brothers to capitalise on our growing importance as leading supplier of printed media inserts in the UK.

With two new Goss heatset web offset presses set to join our existing stable of two web presses, eight sheetfed litho presses and array of variable data colour digital printing devices, we are positioning ourselves for significant growth in 2006.

The new Goss heatset web offset presses will print 6 colours and will include in-line gumming, pattern perforating, folding and sheeting options.

Machine room output will increase from the current 500,000 A4 sheets per hour to 1,500,000 A4 sheets per hour. Coupled with improved make ready speeds and reduced paper wastage, the new capability will enable Alderson Brothers to reduce costs to client. Speed to market will also improve, enabling clients to capitalise on market opportunities.
